Important information on reservations. Please read carefully. The hotel night starts at 2.00 p.m. Earlier accomodation is possible depending on rooms availability. The hotel night ends at 10.00 (noon). Guests who leave later are offered luggage deposit and access to freely available toilet. During reservation a deposit in the amount of 40% of the total price is required, payable no later than the second working day after the initial reservation. We accept bank transfer or a credit card payment. Please write the LAST NAME of the person for whom the reservation had been made, the TERM OF THE RESERVATION and the TELEPHONE NUMBER in the bank transfer title. In case of a credit card payment, please fax the data necessary to charge the credit card and your identity card data to the hotel along with the auhorization to charge the card. The hotel does not accept reservations confirmed with the last name other than the name on the credit card. The amount due for the the whole stay is paid in advance on the arrival day, during check-in. If the stay is shortened, we do not return the amount for the unused days. We accept payment in cash or via credit card. We accept neither traveller’s cheques nor bank cheques.

Rules HOTEL ” CIS ” IN ŚWINOUJŚCIE

1. ROOMS IN THE HOTEL ARE BOOKED FOR 24 HOURS.

2. THE HOTEL NIGHT STARTS AT 2.00 P.M. AND ENDS AT 10.00 A.M. IF A GUEST DOES NOT SPECIFY THE LENGTH OF STAY AT THE HOTEL WHILST MAKING A RESERVATION, IT IS ASSUMED THAT THE RESERVATION IS FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY.

3. THE HOTEL IS OBLIGED TO REGISTER EVERY GUEST. GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO PRESENT THEIR IDENTITY CARDS.

4. THE PAYMENT FOR STAY IS TO BE MADE ONCE YOU ARRIVE TO THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL DOES NOT RETURN THE RESERVATION PAYMENTS.

5. IF THE HOTEL INCURS LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE UNUSED RESERVATION THE GUEST WHO MADE THE RESERVATION CAN BE OBLIGED TO PAY 50% COSTS OF THE BOOKED ROOM.

6. THE HOTEL DOES NOT RETURN THE COSTS OF UNUSED SERVICES, IF A GUEST DEPARTS BEFORE THE END OF STAY.

8. A GUEST CANNOT GIVE THEIR ROOM TO OTHER PERSONS EVEN IF THEY PAID FOR STAY AND WANT TO DEPART EARLIER.

9. A GUEST CAN ASK TO PROLONG STAY UNTIL 9.00 A.M. THE PERIOD OF STAY WILL BE PROLONGED ON CONDITION THAT THERE ARE FREE ROOMS.

10. IF A GUEST DOES NOT LEAVE THE ROOM BEFORE 10.00 A.M. IT IS TREATED AS PROLONGATION OF STAY FOR THE NEXT NIGHT. IF A GUEST LEAVES THE ROOM UNTIL 4.00 P.M. THE GUEST IN CHARGED AS FOR HALF NIGHT, AFTER 4.00 P.M. AS FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT.

11. PERSONS VISITING OUR GUESTS ARE ASKED TO LEAVE THE ROOMS BEFORE 10.00 P.M. A GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BEHAVIOUR OF VISITORS.

12. THE HOTEL CAN REFUSE ITS SERVICES TO A GUEST WHO DURING THE PREVIOUS STAY VIOLATED THE RULES BY INFLICTING DAMAGE TO HOTEL OR OTHER GUESTS’ PROPERTIES OR BY HARMING GUESTS, HOTEL STAFF OR OTHER PEOPLE.

13. THE HOTEL PROVIDES SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STANDARD. ANY RESERVATIONS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE ARE REPORTED AT THE RECEPTION.

14. EACH TIME A GUEST LEAVES THE ROOM THEY SHOULD LOCK THE DOOR AND LEAVE THE KEY AT THE RECEPTION. THE COSTS OF LOST KEY AMOUNT TO 100,00 PLN.

15. THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF MONEY, SECURITIES, COSTLINESS, VALUABLE THINGS OR OTHER THINGS OF SCIENTIFIC OR ARTISTIC VALUE.

16. THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF A CAR OR OTHER VEHICLE BELONGING TO A GUEST, MONITORED CAR PARK IS UNGUARDED.

17. NIGHTTIME PEACE IS FROM 10.00 P.M. TO 7.00 A.M. IN THIS PERIOD THE GUESTS ARE ASKED NOT TO DISTURB THE PEACE OF OTHER GUESTS.

18. DUE TO FIRE SAFETY IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE HEATERS, IRONS AND OTHER ELECTRICAL FACILITIES THAT DO NOT BELONG TO ROOM FURNISHINGS. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO BATTERY CHARGERS AND POWER SUPPLY UNITS. GUESTS MUST NOT THROW CIGARETTE-ENDS AND USED MATCHES IN WASTE BASKET, CARRY IN AND STORE INFLAMMABLE AND CAUSTIC MATERIALS AS WELL AS MATERIALS THAT GIVE OFF BAD ODOUR.

19. THE NO SMOKING BAN IN HOTEL.

20. BEFORE LEAVING A ROOM OR GOING TO BED A GUEST SHOULD: CLOSE THE TAPS, CLOSE THE WINDOW SO AS TO AVOID DAMAGES CAUSED BY STORM OR OTHER ATMOSFERIC PHENOMENON, ALSO TURN OFF ELECTRICAL FACILITIES.

21. A GUEST IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF OBJECTS, EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL FACILITIES ALSO CAUSED BY THEIR VISITORS. A GUEST IS OBLIGED TO INFORM THE HOTEL RECEPTION ABOUT DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY.

22. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO TAKE THE ROOM FURNISHINGS OUT OF THE HOTEL PREMISES OR MOVING TO ANOTHER ROOM AS WELL AS REARRANGING FURNITURE WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE HOTEL MANAGER.

23. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO GAMBLE AND ABUSE ALCOHOL.

24. GUESTS WHO ARRIVED TO THE HOTEL WITH CHILDREN ARE OBLIGED TO LOOK AFTER THEM. HOTEL MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY AND TAKING CARE OF CHILDREN.

25. THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE FURTHER SERVICES TO A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THE RULES. SUCH A PERSON IS OBLIGED TO COMPLY WITH THE DEMANDS OF THE HOTEL STAFF OR MANAGEMENT AND IN PARTICULAR TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES AND TO LEAVE THE HOTEL PREMISES.

26. PERSONAL USE PROPERTIES LEFT IN A ROOM WILL BE SENT BACK TO A GUEST AT THEIR EXPENSE, ON THE INDICATED ADDRESS. IF THE ADDRESS IS NOT AVAILABLE THESE ITEMS WILL BE STORED BY THE HOTEL FOR 3 MONTHS AND AFTER THIS PERIOD THEY WILL BE GIVEN FOR CHARITY OR PUBLIC USE.

27. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: WE DO NOT RETURN DEPOSITS.

28. ALL OTHER ISSUES CONNECTED WITH STAY AT THE HOTEL HOWEVER NOT INCLUDED IN THE RULES CAN BE TAKEN CARE OF IN THE HOTEL DURING WORKING DAYS BETWEEN 9.00 A.M. AND 12.00. DEAR GUESTS, WE WISH YOU A PLEASANT STAY AT OUR HOTEL.
